Momo, My Best Friend
2023
"Momo, My Best Friend" is a project crafted to highlight the significance of my beloved canine companion, Momo. The design serves as a poignant reminder of the limited time I have with my dog, emphasizing how swiftly time passes. This project is showcased both digitally and physically, symbolizing the fleeting nature of time. The predominant black and white color scheme mirrors the coat of my black and white Chihuahua, Momo. The books feature a reversed color distribution, illustrating the passage of time and capturing the dog's age in years. In the future, I envision revisiting cherished memories with Momo either in a printed book or through digital means on my phone.
Film of Momo
Part 1 - Digital Form
The initial phase of the project takes a digital approach. Given my passion for photography, memories are showcased as a film reel on a mobile device. This film reel unfolds seamlessly with a continuous scroll on the phone, featuring a predominantly black background with subtle touches of white—distinct from the color scheme in the project's second part.

Momo, My Best Friend “Book of Momo”
Part 2 - Physical Form
The project's second segment takes on a tangible form. The book adopts a spiral binding, featuring minimal pages with a white backdrop and black text. The arrangement of images within the book illustrates a seamless flow and transition. Each page is double-layered, revealing a black interior, folded, and then spiraled into the book. When the pages are unfolded, they create a layered effect, visually conveying the extent of time spent with my dog.
